Use them at any vendor just like cash. Carrot Cash comes in $5.00 increments, with a nominal processing fee. Swipe your SNAP/Ohio Direction Card for $1.00 tokens. Anything you can buy with your EBT card at the grocery store, you can buy at the Market. No change given; not valid at food trucks. Bring your QR code to the Information Booth. We’ll scan it, tell you your balance, and give you $1 tokens — deducted from your $50 seasonal benefit as you go. Available to eligible participants at the Tuscarawas County Health Department in Dover. Use vouchers to purchase fruits, vegetables, or herbs.
