The Vermont Maple Festival returns to St. Albans, VT April 24–26, 2026. Three days of maple tastings, live entertainment, a parade, and the Sweet Taste of Spring.

Vermont Gear Makers Festival returns to downtown Montpelier on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 11 am to 4 pm. The annual market lets shoppers browse and chat with Vermont-based makers of outdoor gear and apparel, held this year alongside Onion River Outdoors' Muddy Onion gravel ride.

Stowe Farmers Market is a Sunday gathering of Vermont farms, food businesses, and makers on Mountain Road. Vendors offer locally grown and prepared food alongside handmade crafts, jewelry, pottery, woodwork, and other artisan goods.

The Brattleboro Area Farmers' Market runs every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm, May through October, at 570 Western Avenue in West Brattleboro. Vendors from Windham and Cheshire counties sell locally grown produce, prepared food and handmade crafts.

The Rutland Downtown Summer Farmers Market runs every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm at Depot Park in downtown Rutland, Vermont, from the second Saturday in May through the last Saturday in October. Vendors sell farm fresh produce, artisan cheeses, handcrafted breads, maple syrup and Vermont crafts.

The Town of Warren and the Mad River Valley Rotary Club put on this Fourth of July parade and festival each year, with Main Street closing at 8:30 am and the parade starting at 10 with a cannon boom. Floats need no registration and simply line up by 9 am, while food vendors must be set up in Warren by 8 am. After the parade the celebration moves to a street dance and to Brooks Field for kids' activities, a beer garden, and live music, ending with fireworks at Sugarbush Lincoln Peak after dark.

The Craftsbury Antiques and Uniques Festival, a Vermont tradition for more than 50 years, will not be held in 2026 due to a shortage of local volunteers to organize it. The festival normally takes place the second Saturday of July, and organizers hope another group, such as the Craftsbury Farmers Market, will use that date to celebrate local makers and producers.
