The Wilkes-Barre City Farmers Market runs every Thursday, 10 am to 3 pm, from June 18 through November 12, 2026, on Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre. A preview market day is set for Thursday, June 11, 10 am to 2 pm.

Established in West Philly in 1998, this market is one of The Food Trust’s largest with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, baked and canned goods, meats and specialty products. Clark Park Saturday market is a neighborhood favorite that operates year-round thanks to support from Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, Friends of Clark Park and the University of the Sciences. Each week, Clark Park Farmers Market hosts an array of vendors, from fruit and vegetable farmers, to purveyors of poultry and eggs, to stalls featuring baked goods, honey, cheese, fresh-cut flowers, coffee, wine and spirits, and much more. The Northern Liberties Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from 10 AM–2 PM in the Piazza Alta Courtyard, featuring a curated mix of local farmers, food vendors, and small businesses in the heart of the neighborhood. The market also offers weekly complimentary programming for kids, along with larger seasonal block party events featuring themed activations, entertainment, and community experiences.

The Carbondalien Festival is a quirky annual UFO-themed festival held in Carbondale, PA, celebrating a famous local mystery from 1974 when residents reported a glowing object crashed into the pond at Russell Park. The festival mixes small-town fun, sci-fi culture, paranormal curiosity, and local history. It features a glow parade, live reenactment of the 1974 crash, UFO and paranormal speakers, costume contests, live music, food vendors, hot air balloon rides, and more. Admission is generally free, though some attractions require tickets.

Our annual Country & Christmas Craft show is returning with all sorts of seasonal items and holiday decor. With over 150 crafters and vendors, we are sure you will leave with bags full. • Vendors may begin set up at 6:30 am • Each vendor MUST be set up no later than 8:30 am • All vendor spots are 10 x10 • Vendors MUST supply their own table & a tablecloth for your display • Vendors MUST supply their own chairs • All spaces are reserved upon approval of each vendor application and their said products. • Vendors must NOT tear down prior to 3 pm. Anthracite Comic Con is Northeastern Pennsylvania's celebration of comics, pop culture and fandom, held November 28, 2026 from 10 am to 5 pm on Adams Avenue in Scranton. It is hosted through the Eventeny platform by Comicsburgh, a Pittsburgh based collective of independent comic book publishers that also produces the Heroineburgh comics and web series. Now in its 49th year, the Winter Craft Market run by the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen's Central PA Chapter takes place Saturday, December 5, 2026, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre near State College. Admission costs $5 cash, free for children 12 and under, and the juried show brings together Pennsylvania artisans working in painting, woodworking, jewelry, pottery, photography, fiber, paper and glass.
