The 2026 NRHA Futurity & Adequan NAAC runs November 23–December 5 at the OKC Fairgrounds and includes a vendor trade show for apparel, jewelry, leather goods, home goods, equestrian products and services. The vendor packet requests completed contracts by October 15, with final payment and documents due November 1. A standard Bennett Event Center 10x10 booth is $1,000; other locations and specialist spaces have separate rates. Sponsors and returning vendors receive placement priority.

The Minco Honey Festival is an annual celebration of the town's honey heritage held each December on Main Street in Minco, Oklahoma, now past its 30th year. It features arts and crafts booths, honey tastings, a kid's tractor pull, Made in Oklahoma products, carriage rides, gin tours, live music and a visit from Santa. The Minco Chamber of Commerce posts downloadable vendor applications each year, with a separate form for food truck vendors.

Woolaroc will host the Spring Traders Encampment on Thursday-Saturday at Woolaroc’s Living History Camp. Nestled near the shore of Crystal Lake, this camp is one of the most beautiful of its kind and the perfect setting for the historical retreat. Hosted by Woolaroc’s Mountain Men, the camp has quickly become a favorite for traders and reenactors from across the country. The camp will be historically accurate, recreating what a settlement of this type would have looked like in the 1840s. The Traders Encampment is open to the public, and guests are encouraged to park and walk through the camp.
