Each event may have specific themes or category caps. Please select the category that best represents your business.
General Event Protocol:
Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event.
All displays must stay within the footprint of your assigned space.
Tables, racks, and signage must be freestanding. Nothing can be taped, affixed or leaned on the murals in the space.We do not allow tent structures indoors and have a height max of 6ft.
Vendors that need power can purchase a space with electricity.
Music, open flames, and generators are not permitted.
Food & Beverage Guidelines:
All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations and are required to get the proper permits from the Montclair Health Department.
Packaged food vendors may be required to submit permits or ingredient labels.
Setup, Breakdown & Load-In:
Load-in and setup details will be emailed in advance of the event.
Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by management.
Hand trucks are recommended. We have flat bed trucks for vendors to use.
Selection Process:
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with attention to category balance, quality, and fit for each specific event.
If accepted, you will receive an email with confirmation and next steps.
Hear Here LLC runs a series of pop-up markets inside Colonial Nursery's greenhouse at 1124 West Front Street in Lincroft, including a Small Business Saturday market on November 28, 2026 and a two-day Holiday Pop-Up Market on December 19 and 20, both from 11 am to 3 pm. Each event curates local artisans, makers and small businesses selling handmade goods, specialty foods, home decor and jewelry, with a different vendor lineup each day of the multi-day markets. Admission is always free.
The Wanaque School PTA holds an annual Holiday Bazaar at Wanaque Elementary School with a variety of vendors selling holiday gifts, historically held on a Saturday in early December from about 9 am to 4 pm. It is one of several fundraising events the PTA runs during the school year alongside dine to donate nights and seasonal sales.
Fort Lee Night Market is an evening edition of the Business District Alliance of Fort Lee's monthly Artisan Market, held at Fort Lee Commons rather than the series' usual Hudson Lights Park location. Needle Creek Farm Brewery's Holiday Christkindlmarkt runs Saturday, December 6, and Sunday, December 7, from noon to 5 p.m. at 91 Titus Mill Rd. in Pennington, with free parking and admission. The indoor and outdoor market features artisan crafts and gifts, food trucks, seasonal brews, farm animals, an outdoor playground, fire pits with s'mores, and live music in the taproom.

Wreck the Halls is the holiday edition of the Punk Rock Flea Market, run by True North Event Syndicate, scheduled for December 12-13, 2026. Hundreds of independent artists, makers, vintage sellers, record dealers, and oddities vendors set up alongside food trucks, live tattooing, live music, and pop-up art galleries. The organizer hosts several New Jersey shows a year at venues including the NJ Expo Center in Edison, though its current site lists this edition at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus.
The American Hungarian Foundation's Hungarian Artisan Market holds its Christmas Market on December 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring the Hungarian Scouts of New Brunswick alongside its regular lineup of artisan vendors.
