The Middle River Farmers Market sets up on Fridays from about 1 to 4 pm through October at the town gazebo in downtown Middle River, Minnesota. It is a small Marshall County market where local bakers and growers sell garden produce and baked goods, including homemade cookies, through the growing season.

The Luverne Farmers Market is authorized by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and meets Thursdays from 4 to 7 pm, June through October, at Red Bird Field on South Redbird Road. It brings together local growers and food producers in town, giving residents a weekly stop for fresh, seasonal produce and homemade food items. There is no online vendor form; interested sellers are directed to contact the market organizers directly for registration.

MINNEAPOLIS – The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP) has selected Minnesota FoodShare, a program of the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches (GMCC), to serve as one of four organizations to assume leadership of IATP’s network of mini farmers markets in Minneapolis. Minnesota FoodShare will lead a network of seven mini farmers markets, located and managed by staff at Glendale Townhomes, Augsburg College, Brian Coyle Community Center, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, and three locations managed by Fairview Health Services.
