Create a Website Account - Manage notification subscriptions, save form progress and more. The City issues licenses for all rental property in Oakdale. As of November 28, 2022, rental housing licenses are now being done via an online permitting process. Visit our online permitting page to set up your account and begin the licensing process. Anyone who comes to City Hall to complete a rental housing license will be asked to create an online account to begin the license process. A computer is available for use at the permitting counter.
