As you enter downtown Cynthiana, you’ll be welcomed by two towering 12-foot skeletons - the first of more than 1000 whimsical skeletons you’ll discover throughout the community. Each autumn, residents, businesses, and visitors adopt and creatively decorate poseable skeletons, transforming Cynthiana into one of Kentucky’s most unique fall destinations. Around every corner, you’ll find clever displays, laugh-out-loud scenes, and unforgettable photo opportunities. See how many you can find on the Skeleton Scavenger Hunt, or simply wander downtown and discover your favorite characters along the way.
