The 23rd annual Georgetown French Market runs April 24 through 26, 2026, along Wisconsin Avenue from O Street to Reservoir Road. More than 45 locally owned boutiques, cafes and galleries offer sidewalk sales, and neighborhood restaurants serve French specialties like pastries and croissants, alongside live music, a mime, a caricature artist and children's activities.

Porchfest DC brings free concerts to neighborhood front porches, a format that started in the Takoma Park neighborhood and has since spread to Adams Morgan, Rhode Island Avenue and Southeast DC. The Adams Morgan edition follows that same porch concert format and is run by local volunteers as a nonprofit.

Our annual Benefit for the Gardens and Grounds of Washington National Cathedral Flower Mart is our annual fundraiser for the Cathedral's gardens and grounds. Our 87th festival was a great success thanks to you! Click here to apply to be a gift vendor at Flower Mart 2027 Applications for food vendors will open up later this year. Flower Mart will cover the grounds of the Washington National Cathedral from 10 am until 6 pm on Friday, May 7, and 10 am until 5 pm on Saturday, May 8. There is no parking on the streets of the Cathedral but the garage will be open and the D80 and the D82 Metrobuses drive by all day on Wisconsin Ave. We are open rain or shine! The DC Funk Parade is a free, day long music and art street festival on U Street NW in Washington, celebrating funk music, visual arts and the neighborhood's cultural history, running annually since 2013. The event features live musical performances, live art demonstrations and community workshops alongside food vendors. Sponsorship and involvement inquiries go through The Musicianship, the parade's organizing nonprofit.
