Presented by the Historic Colfax Downtown Association, a nonprofit working to revive Colfax's Main Street, this free outdoor music festival takes over Historic Main Street on Saturday, October 10. Bands play all day, and the association is inviting food trucks, artisans and makers to set up for the day of foot traffic, running separately from the group's other Live in Colfax concert series.

We are accepting vendors for the Market by Moonlight that will be located in Vacaville's Historic Downtown. The event will run from 5pm-9pm on October 10th. Each booth space will be 10x10, and vendors will be required to provide a 10x10 pop-up canopy for themselves. Please be prepared to provide documentation necessary for your business type. You will not be able to participate in the event if we do not have all of the required paperwork when the event starts. You are welcome to apply even if you don't have all of these documents yet, we will follow-up with you after the application is submitted. Application fees are charged upon submission; booth fees are charged upon approval. All charges are non-refundable.

The Huntington Beach California Wine Festival runs October 16 and 17, 2026, at the Paséa Hotel & Spa. Friday's Sunset Rare & Reserve Tasting, 6:30 to 9 pm, is a VIP event pouring hard-to-find wines with a champagne reception and chef appetizers, while Saturday's Beachside Wine Festival runs 1 to 4 pm, with VIP entry at noon, offering hundreds of California wines, craft brews and food.

Eligibility: Trunk or Treat is open to individuals and families of all ages, as well as clubs, community groups, and businesses. Each individual, family, or group may submit only one entry.
Entry Fee: Participation is completely free! Please plan to provide enough candy for 2,000+ trick-or-treaters.
Requirements:
Vehicle displays must fit within two designated parking spaces. Booth displays must fit within a 10' x 10' space.
All displays must be family-friendly. Decorations should be whimsical, humorous, mischievous, or lovable, not frightening.
Gruesome, bloody, excessively scary, or otherwise inappropriate displays will be disqualified.
The City of Roseville reserves the right to disqualify any entry it considers distasteful or unsuitable for families.
All participants must provide candy for trick-or-treaters.
Setup and Take-Down: Setup may begin at 2:00 p.m. on October 16, and all decorating must be completed by 5:00 p.m. Take-down may begin immediately after the event, but no earlier than 7:00 p.m. All decorations, vehicles, and booths must be removed by the end of the evening.

Arden Park’s Fall Festival takes place October 17, 2026, from 11 AM–3 PM at 1000 La Sierra Dr., Sacramento. It features craft booths, live music, food trucks, a beer garden, and children’s activities. Vendor applications are due October 14, 2026 to dmaeesomy@aprpd.org or the district office. Outdoor 10×10 booths cost $45 each. This application accepts company, craft, nonprofit, and family-friendly vendors; MLM businesses are excluded, and food vendors are limited to prepackaged products such as honey and jams. Vendors provide their own equipment; water, electricity, and generators are unavailable.
Tricks & Treats takes place October 17, 2026, from 10 AM–2 PM at Fresno Discovery Center, 1944 N Winery Ave, Fresno. The Halloween event includes outdoor product and service vendors and a booth-decorating contest. Product/service booths are listed at $45 for a 10×10 space, with applications due October 3 at 11 PM. Contact FDCevents@FresnoDiscoveryCenter.org for the current Tricks & Treats registration form; the vendor page still labels its signup link for the earlier Star Wars event. This festival will be held in the beautiful and spooky Courthouse Park in Downtown Sonora, California. This event will feature a Zombie Walk through Downtown Sonora, a costume contest (by invitation from event organizer), Zombie make up available, awards and prizes, dance troupes, music, vendors, and FUN!
