The Yreka Certified Farmers Market sets up at Miner Street Park, at the corner of West Miner Street and Gold Street, on Friday evenings from 4 to 6:30 p.m. It runs from June through October and is registered with the state as a certified farmers market, meaning only agricultural products can be sold there.

We are the Shasta Growers Association (SGA). We were established after the California Department of Food And Agriculture developed the Certified Farmers Market Program for the State of California in 1977. Fun fact, when we formed the SGA, we became one of the first Farmers Market Associations in California! We currently operate four Farmers Markets - three in Redding and one in Burney. All four markets are certified through the Shasta County Agricultural Commissioner and the State of California Department of Food and Agriculture Program. We grow what we sell. The Shasta Growers Association takes pride in being one of the oldest certified farmers markets in the State of California. At a Shasta Growers Association Certified farmers market, you are assured that you are purchasing quality produce directly from the certified local growers who produced them. To ensure fresh and healthy produce , there are strict guidelines the growers must follow to be certified. Each grower must obtain a certified producer’s certificate, issued only after inspection by the California Department of Food and Agriculture, which must be presented to the market manager before being allowed to attend a market. It specifically lists all the produce the farmer is growing. Lincoln Hills Sun City Farmers Market operates every Wednesday from 8 am to noon, June through November, at 965 Orchard Creek Lane in the Sun City Lincoln Hills community in Lincoln, California. It is part of PlacerGROWN, Placer County's certified farmers market program. Vendors offer a range of local goods, from fresh produce to dairy, meat, baked treats and cut flowers.

This market runs Thursdays from 10 am to 1:30 pm, June through October, at F and Henderson streets in Eureka. Vendors sell Humboldt County-grown, GMO-free produce and plants alongside specialty foods like Nicaraguan tamales from Fritanga Nica and hot sauces from Earth-N-Hands.
