The San Francisco Chinatown Autumn Moon Festival runs September 19 and 20, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm along Grant Avenue between California and Broadway. Free to attend, the festival features lion dancing, martial arts demonstrations, a K-pop dance contest, mooncakes and a dumpling contest, closing with the White Crane Dragon Parade on Sunday.

The Castro Street Fair is a community street celebration that was founded by Harvey Milk in 1974. Harvey began the Castro Street Fair to promote gay-owned businesses and celebrate the vitality of the Castro neighborhood. Each year, we continue his legacy on the 1st weekend in October, by gathering in the heart of the Castro at the intersection of Market & Castro Streets and the surrounding area to celebrate our diversity and support our community. Hundreds of local artists, vendors, craftspeople, and organizations line the streets and celebrate the diversity of the neighborhood. Stages with live entertainment, DJs and dance areas can be found throughout the fairgrounds. The Fair is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and all proceeds go directly to charitable causes important to the Castro community. Additionally, the Fair funds the rainbow flag that flies over the intersection of Castro and Market.

Bearrison Street Fair promotes body positivity for all and builds a more supportive, welcoming, and inclusive bear scene. With pro wrestling, a deadlift competition, drag contest, DJs and dancing, art installations, exhibitors, the Lone Star Corral, and the Bear Lounge, we have a sexy good time celebrating our beautiful LGBTQ+ community.

Applications for the next WAVES, taking place on Saturday, December 5, are now open. The next two WAVES events take place indoors in the Gateway Pavilion at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco on Saturday, December 5, 2026. WAVES is open to retailers and curators of vintage clothing, housewares, and objects. Those using reworked vintage materials in their craft, and artist and designer craftspeople whose work celebrates nostalgia are also welcome. The WCC jury considers many things when discussing WAVES applications: curation, aesthetics, branding, website design, and price point. WCC looks for ethical practices in every stage of the procurement and/or design and production of all work, and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive roster of vendors. The next West Coast Craft show takes place November 21 & 22, 2026, from 10am–6pm each day, indoors at the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco. Applications for th is event are now closed. Applications are now open for our February 13 & 14, 2027 show, also taking place indoors at the Festival Pavilion. If accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to pay for your booth fee. Payment is required within 48 hours of your acceptance. If WCC does not receive payment within 48 hours, your spot will be passed on to the next applicant. The booth fee includes a piped and draped space and WiFi. Tables, chairs, and rolling racks can be rented for an additional fee. For the February 13 & 14, 2027 West Coast Craft show, we’re waiving the application fee, so it’s completely free to apply! Application fees may apply to other West Coast Craft events.
