The Yreka Certified Farmers Market sets up at Miner Street Park, at the corner of West Miner Street and Gold Street, on Friday evenings from 4 to 6:30 p.m. It runs from June through October and is registered with the state as a certified farmers market, meaning only agricultural products can be sold there.

The Siskiyou Holiday Gift Fair is held outdoors at the Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, from 10 am to 4 pm, with no admission fee. More than 50 vendors sell holiday gift ideas ranging from children's furniture to coffee beans.

Yreka Night of Lights closes Miner and Broadway streets in downtown Yreka on December 7 from 4 to 7 pm for a family holiday event. Vendors set up starting at 1 pm and must be ready by 3:30 pm, and sellers need a California seller's permit and a Yreka business license, with a 55 dollar vendor fee due after approval.

The Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds is located at 1712 Fairlane Road, Yreka CA 96097. It is host to the Siskiyou Sportsmens Expo & Norcal Carving Championship; the Tony Nicoletti Memorial Jackpot; the Annual Siskiyou Golden Fair and the Holiday Gift Fair.

All Siskiyous students are invited to attend this free barbecue and help us 'kick-off' the new school year. This event is held annually to raise scholarship funds for Siskiyou County students (high school and continuing COS) who plan to attend COS.
