About the event
Vendor booths are a 10x10 space in indoor and outdoor areas. Vendors are responsible for your entire setup. No tables, chairs, drapes, or partitions are provided. You may set up pop-up tents if you wish but not required. Outdoor spaces are set up on concrete and outdoor tents must have weighed tie downs such as concrete blocks or sandbags. Parking for vendors is in close proximity to booth areas. If you wish for your booth to be placed beside a friend, please include their name on the given space on your application. Any placement requests to be by an individual after registration will be a $25 charge. No refunds of any type will be given out for any reason unless in the case of event cancellation by the venue or facilitator. This is a RAIN or SHINE event. no items containing profanity, vulgar/insensitive material or adult suggestive material. All vendors selling items at Spring Fest...
