Choosing Your Vendor Space Please review the available vendor spaces carefully before making your selection. Every location on the fairgrounds offers a different level of visibility, foot traffic, size, and electrical service. Some spaces are located near major attractions or high-traffic walkways, while others may provide additional room for larger setups. It is the vendor's responsibility to select a location that best fits their business. Before reserving your space, please verify: -The dimensions of the vendor space are adequate for your trailer, tent, or display. -The electrical service available at that location meets your equipment requirements. -The location is suitable for your business and preferred customer traffic. -You have selected a space that allows you to operate safely and efficiently throughout the week. -Please note that not every vendor location has the same electrical service. If your operation requires specific voltage, amperage, or multiple electrical connections, carefully review the space details before completing your registration. Vendor spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and will remain available until sold. Submission of a registration does not guarantee acceptance. The Southern Kentucky Fair reserves the right to approve or decline vendors, limit duplicate products, and assign or relocate vendor spaces when necessary to maintain a balanced vendor mix and ensure the best experience for our guests. We appreciate your interest in being part of one of South Central Kentucky's favorite summer traditions and look forward to welcoming you to the 2027 Southern Kentucky Fair!
