About the event

This weekly market runs Tuesdays from 5 to 7 pm, May 5 through September 28, at Wilson Park on North Summit Street. The Cowley Farmers Market Association manages it along with the Walnut Valley Farmers Market in nearby Winfield, and requires that at least half of vendors sell fresh produce or seedlings. The market accepts SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks, letting shoppers stretch food assistance dollars on fresh fruits and vegetables.
