A 501(c)(3) nonprofit , Pepper Place Farmers Market began in the summer of 2000 with a mission to help farming families across our state. Over 25 years later, we continue to renew our mission each season: To connect Alabama’s finest producers with consumers in the Birmingham area, making fresh, healthy food accessible to all our neighbors while creating a vibrant local economy and community meeting place.
