NIC Fest returns for its 20th anniversary June 4 through 7, 2026, in downtown Casper at 400 E Collins Dr. The four day celebration of art, culture, music and food kicks off Thursday, June 4, from 4 to 8 pm with a Community Block Party and Art Walk, followed by Friday hours of 4 to 9 pm.
