Civic Lubbock, Inc., Stage Left Productions, and many community partners are organizing the 36th Annual 4th on Broadway Celebration on July 4, 2026. The main focus of all entities involved is to honor the legacy, and continue the free, family-friendly tradition Broadway Festivals Inc. produced beginning in 1991 through 2024. The annual Fourth of July celebration will feature a new parade route, an afternoon picnic with live music, an evening concert and the fireworks show at the end of the night. H-E-B’s Parade will step off at 9:45 a.m. from Ave M, head east down Broadway to MLK Blvd. For more information on the parade please contact: [email protected] or call (806) 775-2243 Picnic Under the Stars will start at 3:00 p.m. at the South Plains Fairgrounds Activities take place from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will include:
