About the event
Established by Leadership Shawano County Class of 2016, SunDrop Dayz kicks off the summer season in Shawano County, held annually on the first weekend in June. The goal was to serve as a community fundraiser to support local nonprofits, while creating a signature summer event for Shawano Country. Since the event was first hosted in 2017, we’ve been able to raise and give back over $200,000 + into our community. This has been made possible thanks to the support of The City of Shawano, Twig ’ s Beverage, Charter Aarrowcast, along with other community members and businesses that we’ve created relationships within the past several years. In 2025 alone, we were able to donate $67,558.31, with beneficiaries including: Shawano Area Humane Society, Sacred Heart, Fever Fastpitch, Shawano Jazz, Red River Riders, and Bridge the Gap.
