About the event

Sacred Self is a day dedicated to holistic healing, featuring curated wellness vendors, hands-on workshops, yoga, mat pilates, poetry reading and nourishing foods. Explore a space where care is ritual, and discovery is part of the journey. Plus, shop our signature mix of handmade goods, art, and vintage finds. Open Saturday from 11-5. The event is free to the public to attend starting at 11am with a paid early bird sound bath option available. There will also be various paid workshops and experiences that attendees can pay for on the spot directly to the vendors.
