Founded in 1959, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church has served the Fort Wayne community for generations. Indulge in traditional Greek dishes prepared fresh throughout the festival. Thinly-sliced gyro meat (premium cuts of lamb and beef) wrapped in grilled pita bread served with diced onions, tomatoes, and Tzatziki sauce on the side.
