The farm supports BIPOC producers including Hmong American farmers, many of whom are women. With the access to quality land, and the stability of long-term leases, Fondy farmers have been able to invest in high value crops. By investing in this partnership with local farmers Fondy assists in creating generational wealth for families and longterm job security. Shoppers may purchase high quality and organic grown fresh produce, eggs, meats, and canned veggies. Customers may also find culturally specific foods including black-eyed peas, sugarcane, green tomatoes, collards, purple potatoes (with high amounts of antioxidants), okra, varieties of eggplant and so much more! Our Farmers Markets helps bridge the gap between the nearest grocery stores and a food desert.
