Established in 1961, the Dogwood Arts Festival is one of the most celebrated cultural events in Knoxville, Tennessee — and was named the #3 Best Art Festival in the Country by USA Today in 2024! The festival features over 100 fine art vendors, an emerging makers tent, live music, entertainment, children's activities, food & beverage vendors, and more. The event is held at World's Fair Park — a public park in Downtown Knoxville that sits on the former fairgrounds of the 1982 World's Fair. The festival is produced by Dogwood Arts, a (501c3) organization that promotes and celebrates the art, culture, and natural beauty of East Tennessee. We have a 71-year history of arts advocacy, environmental stewardship, and economic impact in East Tennessee. The Festival is one of 20+ year-round programs and events that help make Knoxville a great place to live, work, and play!
