The Labour Day holiday will impact City services, programs, and facility hours on Monday, Sept. 7. The Kingston Public Market is the oldest and longest-running public market in Ontario, featuring vendors selling fresh local produce, cut flowers, plants, baked goods, preserves, local crafts and much more! Situated in the heart of downtown, the market is a picturesque gathering place for both the local community and visitors to Kingston. Review the Public Market Bylaw to learn more. Springer Market Square at King Street and Brock Street. Summer: April 1st – Oct 31st from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Winter: Nov 1st – March 31st from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
