About the event

On the banks of the Patuxent River at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum, in beautiful Southern Maryland, you will find on a cheery Saturday in late April, the sound of the bagpipes calling you home. Whether it be the music, food, dance or other Celtic attractions, there is something for everyone - we beckon you to join us as we celebrate the spirit of the 7 Celtic Nations in our 49th Annual Celtic Festival on April 24th! All Pre-Purchased General Admission Tickets will be scanned at the Gate. General Admission Gate Ticket Sales will be Credit Card sales ONLY (fee associated with card sales). Please be prepared to wait in line for entry if you have not pre-purchased your ticket. No pets are allowed in the Park during Festival hours 10am-6pm. No outside alcohol of any kind is permitted into the Park or Festival.
