The Capital Art and Craft Festival's Winter edition runs December 11 through 13, 2026, at the newly created DTC Expo inside Dulles Town Center in Sterling. The festival relocated here after its previous longtime venue closed at the end of 2025, and it features handmade art and specialty foods from juried artists.
