She has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Minor in Legal Studies. She spent 12 years in direct action organization training, contract lobbying, event planning for fundraisers and non-profits. She is co-owner and Chief Operations Officer of Simplicity 307, President of Simply Heroes, Owner and Designer of Flying Harp Creative and a SeneGence Independent Consultant. Alana holds a BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She worked in the public school system as a speech therapist before retiring to raise her family.
