About the event
The 41st annual North Lanark Highland Games take place Saturday, August 22, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the N.L.A.S. Fairgrounds in Almonte, Ontario. The event draws about 3,000 visitors to watch twenty pipe bands, roughly a hundred dancers and championship heavyweight athletes compete, plus Mini Highland Games and free admission for kids 11 and under.
